I am an image maker with a focus in creative direction, photography, moving image and print. I generally explore themes such as relationships, heritage, identity, the body and mind drawing from my own authentic experiences. My work tells a story through the use of styling, casting, emotion and movement.
Currently I am studying a MA in Photography at UWE to further my freelance career in photography and creative direction as well as this hopefully lead to a career in education. I want to help the next generation of creatives, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Growing up a plus size women made me view fashion and art differently, now I want to be apart of the creatives leading the change in acceptance of everyone in the fashion industry. In most of my work I use digital photography to create both digital and print editorials and publications.
INSPIRATION
The Divinity of Flesh & Fixation is a visual ode to the human body and mind. A photobook series inspired by fetishes and phobias. Fixation is the common experience of fetishes and fear. For this project, I wanted to creative provoking visuals to cause my consumer to feel a range of emotions. It was important to me to show a range of body types within this project to show different types of beauty.
Other projects featured in my portfolio are inspired by my background and understanding. Like Mother, Like Daughter is a visual exploration of the complicated relationships between mother and daughters. Seeing double and white rabbit are both influenced by the experience of sleep paralysis and psychosis. An Adventure for Two looks into relationships and life for young girls in the countryside, chasing the childlike need for adventure.

The film explores silent, a women lost in the wilderness alone and desperate for companionship. She is exploring her own fears and desires. The aim of this film was to create unease and disturb the audience though visuals and sound.
