DETAIL
The Corazón De Oro collection features distinctive pieces inspired by the traditional creole dress of 19th-Century Trinidad blended with same-era French couture and Trinidad's unique creole folklore. Creole dress was influenced by French fashion and fused with African themes in the Caribbean to create its own distinct style. The use of gold is prevalent throughout the collection, in reference to wealth and prosperity while representing the luxurious side of Trinidadian culture.
