About Me
HI, I'M PAIGE, A MAKE-UP AND HAIR ARTIST FROM SOLENT UNIVERSITY.
Paige is a make-up artist, hairstylist, and art director who specialises in fashion editorial, beauty, commercial, and occasional makeup.
As a make-up artist, I have always been passionate about art and one of the most exquisite expressions of art - makeup. I have learned the mastery of colour theory, symmetry, texture, and innovation. From paint brushes to makeup brushes, I have used those same skills to solidify my style as a pro within the beauty industry. Drawing influence from the art of drawing, my style is a fusion of hyper-real skin, modern beauty elements, and abstract expressionism.
INSPIRATION
I FIND INSPIRATION IN EVERYTHING I DO.
When exploring and developing my make-up design concepts, I try not to look at other creatives, particularly makeup artists, as I want to create ideas that are my own. I get inspiration from art, people, nature, and the world around me, as well as miscellaneous objects around the house, to help inspire creativity and fresh ideas that are original, and not a copy of something that already exists.
Not only that, but I draw inspiration from the individuals I surround myself with. Observing the work of other creatives, whether photographers, fashion designers, or filmmakers, and seeing their work ethic and how they develop their art is both encouraging and inspiring. Collaborating with other creatives has provided me with vital professional experience, and being able to exchange thoughts and designs, as well as bring those visions and themes to life, has really aided my development as a creative.

PAIGE'S MAKE-UP AND HAIR ASPIRATIONS.
I have always been determined to make every client I work on feel beautiful, confident and assured in their own skin by creating a radiant and healthy complexion and analysing an individuals face shape to sculpt, define and enhance their natural features. Being able to achieve this as a make-up artist is the most rewarding feeling, and one of the reasons why I love make-up artistry. Make-up for runways and fashions shoots are my aspirations for the future, working backstage with a huge creative team and feeling the energy in the room before a big photoshoot or production commences is something I am extremely passionate about. I aim to build upon my experience as well as my professional portfolio to achieve my life-long goal as a Fashion Hair and Make-up artist.
