About Me

I'm Sophia Kypri, a content creator, stylist, and creative director.

I am a BA (Hons) Fashion Communications graduate with more than two years of work experience in various roles in the fashion business industry. I've worked in various positions for such brands as Jazzygarms, and Vivobarefoot, and at Love Saves the Day festival.

In my work, there are several main themes that I explore. Some of the most prominent themes are the concept of identity, beauty and storytelling and how it shapes our experiences and interactions with others. I am fascinated by how people define themselves and how these definitions can change over time, primarily through fashion. Through my work, I aim to promote awareness and understanding of these themes and encourage people to take action towards positive change in fashion and social media.

INSPIRATION

The bigger the shoe, Bigger the Person.

My campaign is focused on showcasing the diversity and individuality of Demonia. Platforms are an essential part of the alternative subculture, and I want to present a new perspective on how they can be worn and styled. By using social media to draw attention to the brand, I hope to broaden the ideas of subculture and appeal to a wider audience. With Demonia shoes, everyone can express their unique style and personality.

The alternative subculture is a constant source of inspiration for me. I love exploring the different styles, expressions, and personalities that make up this diverse community. Seeing how people can transform the most basic pieces into something entirely unique and personal is amazing. Fashion is a powerful form of self-expression, and the alternative subculture provides a space for people to explore and experiment with different styles and looks.

DETAIL

Demonia social media campagins

I found that the alternative subculture has a significant presence on social media platforms. In my exploration of the brand, I created various campaigns for their social channels to drive traffic to their website and attract new customers. As I used my campaign imagery on the brand's Instagram and website, I selected hero images which displayed my models styled in outfits inspired by the Demonia shoes. The edgy and bold designs of the shoes perfectly complemented the overall aesthetic of the campaign, and the models looked fierce and confident in every shot.
